When was the last time you go the extra mile to make someone feel special?
These past few weeks, I've been blessed by my customers who showed me a thing or two on what it means to go the distance for others.
A young lady called us last Wednesday afternoon to order a bouquet for her mother. She told us that she found about Plum thru Yelp. Since we're about to close that day, she decided to call us. She told us her predicament--she wanted to surprise her mom (last minute) for her birthday. As a mother, I was touched by such gesture. It was sweet and shows the great love of a daughter to a parent.
